While a relative newcomer to Midwest Masters (and
bicycle racing in general), our very own Kathy Corbett is achieving results
most riders – if they are able to match at all --would take years to equal.
Kathy consistently places in every race she enters, finding herself on the
winner’s podium most of the time. Kathy’s many achievements include:

| USCF State Road Race Champion |
| 2001 ABR Rider of the Year |
And, topping it all off, Kathy is the subject of a
feature article in the July/August 2002 issue of Chicago Athlete Magazine

The MMCT Rider of the Month selection committee takes
great pleasure in naming Kathy our Rider of the Month. We’re sure every
Midwest Master shares in the glow of Kathy’s many achievements. We couldn’t
